Lead Time & Shipping
Although we work hard to have as much products in stock, most of the products offered on this website need to be ordere from the factory. The large amount of product and version we offer make it impossible to have everything in stock for Sri Lanka.

If the product is in stock, it is indicated on our product page and we will ship your order within 3 working days after you finalised the order. When what you order is not in stock, we place your order at the factory within 2-3 working days. After this it will take about 4-6 weeks to have your order imported as current International Supply lines are still affected due to the Covid Pandemic.
Shipping Fees
All orders above LKR 10.000 will be shipped within Sri Lanka free of charge. However, due to the ongoing disruption of International Supplies, we are forced to ask a surcharge for product that are not in stock. This surcharge will be calculated during check-out.
Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
You can cancel you order free against a full refund within 3 days. After this your order has been processed and you are obliged to take delivery of your order.

After your order has been received by you, report any defects within 3 days via an email on support@lankaaudio.lk so that we can check and/or replace it.
Warrantee
All our products are warranted for a period of two years, parts & labour, against defects. The warrantee is valid only for the original buyer when he can submit the original receipt/invoice. For more details look here.
